dz run time is an ActiveX dll that is specifically not binary compatiable.

This dll is a test bed for various classes I use when I am sloppily slapping stuff together and testing.

My favorite feature is that it has a global multiuse class with a ton of default functions, and many args are variant based accepting multiple input and output formats.

Only use this for temp projects and quick one offs. I am only publishing it in case I use for something I shared that one time at band camp.
