PE parsing ActiveX library.

Pretty complete and stable PE parsing library written from scratch in VB6. Compiles as an ActiveX library so its easy to use from any COM aware language. Also check out pe_lib4 if you need support for x64 binaries.

A beta elf parser is also available.
