Sleuth 1.4/1.36 has a full installer that will take care of everything for you if you use Windows ME/XP/2000.
Windows 98 users may have to install the VB runtimes, as well as MDAC 2.5
Note: If you don't have IE 5.5, you will need to update the Windows Script Host or upgrade to IE 5.5 or newer

Windows 95 is not officially supported, although you may be able to get it to run. At the least, you would have to install the DCOM patch, MDAC 2.5, VB Runtimes and upgrade to at least IE 5.0
