Fear

    fear is part of our inbred nature, a trait like the urge to mate.....all animals fear............consider what would happen if this were lacking.......fear is not of reason born; trying to rationalize it does not attack its roots, it seems that it can only be recognized of being of no mind and given up ...where it ceases to exist........nature is of common characteristics: " of that which is fast in coming is also soon to depart".........to feel the fear is natural, to fear the fear is be overcome and drawn into it (the mind being the only place it can hold reality).........to recognize this and calm the fear is for it to vanish.............showing its temporal and passing nature.......it is a passing moment of emotion, part of a mood or feeling which can pass like a smile............if allowed by its creator ......
